This privacy policy applies to the PerkZ app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by PerkZ (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• Pages of the Application visited, time and date of visit, time spent on those pages
• Time spent on the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about your device's location.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you regarding important updates, required notices, or marketing promotions.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require personally identifiable information such as email, name, and device token, retained and used as described in this policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application and its services.

The Application uses third-party services with their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

User Provided and Automatically Collected Information may be disclosed:

• As required by law (e.g., subpoena or similar legal process)
• To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
• To trusted service providers working on our behalf under confidentiality agreements

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application via standard uninstall processes.

Data Retention Policy

User Provided Data is retained as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of User Provided Data, contact us at contact@perkz.online.

Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If a child under 13 provides personal information, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians should contact us if they become aware of any data provided by a child under 13.
